Payments are processed securely through Squarespace Payments, which uses trusted third-party providers such as Stripe. Depending on the method you choose, this may include card payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, or Clearpay.

If you pay by BACS bank transfer, only the necessary banking details are exchanged, and no card information is involved.

At no point do I store or have access to your full card or account details. All sensitive payment information is handled exclusively by these secure third-party providers.

With your consent (provided via the Wedding Details Form), I may share photographs of your stationery on my website, social media, or portfolio. If you prefer for this to happen only after your wedding date—or not at all—simply let me know. If you opt out, I will not share identifiable details, but I may still share visuals with your names and personal info concealed.

Any necessary information is collected via secure online forms and stored in Google Drive, a GDPR-compliant cloud storage provider. Access is restricted to me alone and protected by strong password and two-factor authentication. I do not download or store this information on local devices unless necessary for the design or fulfilment process, and any local files are deleted securely after use.

Your personal data is stored securely and only retained for as long as necessary to fulfil your order or meet legal obligations. All online forms use SSL encryption for added security.

This website uses a small number of essential cookies so everything runs smoothly (for example, keeping your cart working and remembering your preferences).

I also use basic Squarespace analytics to understand which pages are visited and what devices are used. This information is anonymous and helps me improve the site.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Meta Pixel
I use the Meta Pixel to understand how people interact with my website and to show more relevant adverts on Instagram and Facebook.
