Whether you’re choosing a bespoke design or a semi-custom collection, these recommendations will help you secure your place in my design diary and ensure everything arrives beautifully on time.

  • When to get in touch

    Bespoke:
    Reserve your place in the design diary 15–18 months before your wedding

    Semi-Custom:
    Book 9–12 months ahead to secure your timeline (or sooner if sending Save the Dates)

    On-the-Day Items:
    Book at the same time as your invitations to ensure availability

  • Design & production

    Bespoke Timings:
    Typically 12 weeks design process
    + 4 weeks production

    Semi-Custom Timings:
    Typically 3 weeks for proofs
    + 4 weeks production

    On-the-Day Item Timings:
    Typically 2–3 weeks for proofs
    + 3–4 weeks production

  • When to send & finalise

    Save the Dates:
    Ideally send 12 months before

    Invitations:
    Send around 6 months before

    On-the-Day Items:
    Aim to have finished items in your hands around 2 weeks before. This means you need to have your final details confirmed at least 7-8 weeks before your wedding

    Thank You Cards:
    Aim to send 1–2 months after

  • RSVP deadlines

    UK Weddings:
    8–10 weeks before your date

    Destination Weddings:
    10–12 weeks before
