Digital Proof
You’ll receive a digital proof of your personalised stationery before anything is printed or produced. This will be sent to the email address you provide when ordering. Please check all names, dates, wording, addresses and other details carefully before approving your proof.
Production will only begin once your final proof has been approved. If changes are requested after approval, additional costs may apply and your turnaround time may be affected.
tURNAROUND Time
Most online shop orders are produced within approximately 2–4 weeks from final proof approval, followed by delivery.
Please respond to your proof as promptly as possible, as delays in supplying information or approving your design may extend the turnaround time.
If you need your stationery by a particular date, please contact me before ordering to make sure the timescale is achievable.
